Health challenges don't develop overnight, and neither do lasting solutions. That's why I work with clients in a carefully crafted 90-day program.

This time frame is designed to align with your body's natural rhythms to support healing and reclaim your vitality.

During these 90 days, you'll have the opportunity to learn about your body's unique needs, gain knowledge about nutrition, and develop habits that support your specific wellness goals.

What's Included in the 90-Day Program

Comprehensive Initial Consultation (90 minutes)

We start with a deep dive into your health story. Using a 303-point symptom analysis called the Nutrition Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), we'll uncover potential imbalances that conventional approaches might have missed. This session forms the foundation of your personalized wellness blueprint.

Your Customized Wellness Blueprint

Based on our initial consultation, you'll receive a tailored wellness plan. This isn't a one-size-fits-all diet—it's a comprehensive strategy including nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, all designed to work synergistically with your unique body.

Five Bi-Weekly Follow-Up Sessions (45 minutes each)

Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I'm here to support you throughout. These follow-up sessions are where we fine-tune your personalized wellness protocol as we see how your body responds. We'll address any challenges or obstacles you encounter along the way, while expanding your understanding of your body's unique needs and responses. Think of these sessions as your dedicated time to ask questions, gain insights, and build the skills you need to become the expert on your own health. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you as you implement and adapt your wellness plan.

Continuous Support

Improving your health is a continuous process that extends beyond our scheduled sessions. As you implement changes in your daily life, questions and situations inevitably arise, and timely support can make all the difference. That's why I offer unlimited email access between our appointments. Whether you're celebrating a small victory, facing an unexpected challenge, or simply need clarification on your plan, I'm here to provide prompt guidance and consistent support.

A Closer Look at the NAQ

As part of your personalized journey, we'll use a powerful tool called Nutri-Q. This software helps us better understand your unique health needs by organizing detailed information you provide in a questionnaire called the Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ).

The NAQ consists of hundreds of qualifying questions that cover various aspects of your current state of health. Once you complete it, Nutri-Q generates a Symptom Burden Graph, which visually represents the areas where your body may need the most support. The graph helps pinpoint specific foundations of health—such as your Nutrient-Dense Diet, Digestion, Blood Sugar Regulation, Sleep, and Stress Management—that may be affecting your well-being.

Additionally, the graph highlights how these foundational aspects are impacting different body systems, such as your Cardiovascular, Endocrine, Immune, Nervous, and Digestive systems, among others. Based on the results, I will work with you to develop a customized plan that focuses on addressing these foundational needs, helping your body restore balance and function optimally.

During our sessions, we will use the insights from the Symptom Burden Graph to guide recommendations, monitor progress, and ensure that the support you’re receiving is aligned with your bio-individual needs. It's a dynamic, ongoing process to help you achieve your health goals and feel your best.

How is Nutritional Therapy different from other approaches to health?

Nutritional Therapy focuses on supporting the body’s foundational systems — digestion, blood sugar balance, nutrient density, hydration, mineral balance, sleep, and stress resilience. Rather than chasing symptoms, the goal is to help restore balance so the body can function the way it was designed to.

Many people are used to quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. Nutritional Therapy takes a bio-individual approach, meaning your plan is tailored to your body, your lifestyle, and the season of life you're in.

Through nutrition, lifestyle habits, and targeted support when appropriate, we work to strengthen the body's natural ability to heal, regulate, and thrive.

Why should I work with you specifically?

As a mom and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I know what it feels like to be pulled in a million directions while trying to care for your own health. I’ve experienced firsthand how exhaustion, stress, and nutrient depletion can affect energy, digestion, mood, and overall wellbeing.

My approach combines professional training with real-life experience, helping busy moms support their bodies through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and motherhood in a way that’s practical, sustainable, and supportive — not overwhelming.

What types of clients do you work with?

I specialize in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the busy season of motherhood. Many of my clients are looking for support with things like fatigue, digestion issues, mood swings, stress, poor sleep, and feeling generally depleted during this demanding season of life.

While this is a primary focus of my practice, I work with anyone who is ready to better understand how their body functions and make meaningful nutrition and lifestyle changes to support their health. My goal is to help clients build strong foundations so they can feel more balanced, energized, and supported in their everyday lives.

Do you take insurance?

While I don’t bill insurance directly, sessions are paid out of pocket at the time of service. I’m happy to provide a superbill afterward that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Where do we meet?

Sessions are primarily held online, making it easy to work together from anywhere. If you’re local, I’m also happy to meet in person at a cozy coffee shop or local space — whatever feels best for you and your lifestyle.

What if I feel overwhelmed and don’t know where to start?

That’s exactly why I’m here. Many of my clients come to me feeling exhausted, overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, and unsure what their body actually needs. My role is to simplify the process, identify foundational areas that may need support, and help you implement small, realistic changes that fit into your life.
